Appointments

Services are by appointment only and prepaid with your credit card. The Wellness Intake Form is available online by clicking the link. Please print the form and bring it with you to the appointment. You will receive a confirmation right away and a call 2 days prior to your appointment to confirm.

Client Check-In

For first time clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to review your Intake Form. For everyone's convenience, appointments arriving 15 minutes late will be reduced in length of service.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will have the option to reschedule and complete your appointment within 14 days. All services are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are an ideal year-round gift. They can be purchased for any dollar amount or service at the time of your appointment or via phone order. All Gift Certificates come gift wrapped. Multi-visit packages hold your best value and can be used for yourself or given as gifts!
